Europe Days and Public Discussion

Under the topic of European Union and its member states CETRO organizes a series of public discussions to provide a meeting point for experts on the European Union to publicly discuss controversial issues that are effected by the relationship between the EU an its member states. Discussants are invited from universities, EU institutions and national governments.

Lecture Series and Workshops

CETRO offers a lecture series which wants to integrate the different perspectives on the European integration process and present them to students in a comprehensive way. It brings together local and external scientists, practitioners and policy makers workong in a European context.

Study trips

Research excursions provide students with information on current topics of European integration. They offer a platform to engage in discussions with European policy makers and are accompanied by preparatory meetings and follow-up activities. They are summed up in an excursion report.

Summer Schools

The summer schools aim at doctoral students from different countries who work in the area of European integration research. They offer workshops and lectures on various topics within European integration research and are conducted in cooperation with scientists, practitioners, and policy makers from different countries.
